# Nourished for Nil - Hawke's Bay Food Rescue Charity

> Nourished for Nil is a registered charity based in Hawke's Bay, New Zealand (Hastings & Napier). Formed in 2017, the organization rescues surplus food from supermarkets, growers, cafes, and manufacturers, distributing it directly to the community to eliminate food waste and relieve food insecurity.
